Returns Information

At MyTeamwear.co.uk we want you to have peace of mind when purchasing products from us.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods we have provided you, we offer a 14 day period where you are entitled to a complete money back guarantee or an exchange of item, providing the goods are returned to us with the original packaging and that they are in the same conditions as received by you. We are unable to exchange or refund embroidered/personalised items unless received faulty. Any further postage costs incurred returning the items to us is to be met by yourself. We aim to deal with all returns within 10 working days.

Should you feel you have received faulty goods we will once again refund your money or offer you an alternative product upon inspection of the item. We will seek the opinion of the manufacturer if required. Completion of the returns form does not guarantee qualification for return. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

When returning goods please include the following:

• Your original receipt
• Order number 
• The original packaging 
• Your delivery address, telephone number and email address
• A note outlining why the items are being returned
